Gift Card!


Conditions are basic but in writing to clarify

  • In order to comply, you must sign a standard exclusive right to sell listing agreement with me, Vicky Johnston, of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Momentum at a commission rate of no less than 6%. The listing agreement to be no less that a 6 month contract*. The property must be sold (closed and recorded) as per the terms of the listing agreement and real estate purchase contract (REPC).
  • One $500 amazon gift card, or other gift card agreed upon in writing, to the value of up to $500 will be given to the owner/s within 14 days of the sold date. You will likely recieve the gift card on the same day the property records with the county.
  • One gift card up to the value of $500 per property sold.
  • This is a limited time offer. A Listing agreement must be signed by all parties (property owner/s and Realtor Vicky Johnston) before June 1, 2024. The property must be under contract (fully signed REPC with a buyer) within 6 months of the listing date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The property must be settled by the date listed on the REPC at item 24D or applicable addenda. A signed listing extension warrants the seller to remain in keeping with the gift card terms.
  • The property must be marketed at fair market value at the time of signing the listing agreement.
  • This offer must not be used in conjunction with any other offer and the seller must not be referred to me by another agent requesting a referral fee.
  • *For distinctive homes or commercial property priced over $800,000, the listing agreement must be signed for a one year minimum with the right to extend the listing agreement.
  • I am licensed to market and sell real estate throughout Utah however this offer is for property owners in Utah, Salt Lake, Toole, Morgan, Davis, Weber and Box Elder Counties. If you have a home or commercial property valued over $650,000 in any other county in Northern Utah I will consider this and if it’s in both our best interests – I will honor the gift card offer. It may make sense for me to refer a closer selling agent that I can research for you.
  • This offer includes all homes and commercial property valued and sold for over $350,000. Manufactured or mobile homes are excluded from this offer.
  • You must mention the gift card offer or present the coupon before signing the listing agreement as it will be written into the listing contract. The gift card contribution will also appear on your closing settlement statement.
  • This offer is open to all Northern Utah property owners. This promotion is in compliance with the Division of Real Estate.

If you have a distinctive home valued over $700,000 and it is staged well I’ll also include a free high definition video home tour in your marketing package.
